Born in the beautiful seaside town of Gisborne on New Zealand's North Island, I moved to Australia at the age of eight. My Māori heritage is a deep source of strength for me, and I feel a strong connection to my ancestors (Tūpuna), who guide my daily practices.

A proud mother of two, grandmother of three, and a wonderfully quirky wife to my incredibly supportive husband, who embraces all my passions with an open heart.

As a spiritual coach, specialising in various healing modalities, including Shadow Alchemy, Spinal Energetics, Spinal Flow Technique, Reiki, meditation, sound, and breath work & more.

My personal journey has naturally led me to hold space for our community through circles and retreats, a tradition rooted in my upbringing and large family gatherings.

There’s nothing that fills my cup more than guiding others through their journey and or officiating love bugs on their Special wedding day.

With over 20 years in the hair and beauty industry, dedicated to helping clients feel their best knowing when they leave a part of them has felt cared for, seen and heard from the experience in my space.

Recently, I took a brave leap to close that chapter and fully immerse myself in this soul work. Letting go of that familiar safety blanket was super challenging and have faced my fair share of resistance.

However, by trusting the inner guidance & watching everything fall beautifully into place, I am eternally grateful for where it has lead me.

While stepping away from hair and beauty, those experiences will alway be woven into everything I do. The skills taught me the importance of how nurturing our community whether 1:1 or in group sessions creates positive change for our future.
