THE NOURISHING CHEf
Sheryn’s love for cooking began at just seven years old, inspired by her father, a professional chef whose passion and presence in the kitchen sparked what would become a lifelong calling. Childhood memories of family gatherings — especially Christmas with her grandparents — taught her that food is far more than nourishment; it is connection, love, and shared experience.
At ten she was gifted a food mixer by her father, Sheryn began baking cakes and treats for others, beginning a journey rooted in creativity and care.
Today, Sheryn is a professionally trained chef with experience across five-star restaurants, cafés, personal cheffing, and her own catering business. Specialising in raw, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine, she is passionate about creating nourishing meals and beautiful desserts that make people feel comforted, seen, and loved. Guided by faith, family, culture, and connection.
Sheryn believes food has the power to heal and bring people together. Her cooking is fresh, flavourful, and made with intention — an offering of love designed to nourish both body and spirit.
